We are going to dive into [The Gift To Help You Grow] and we'll talk about this internal conflict we have. The need to feel significant and the opposite of significance is connection. We want to feel significant "LOOK HOW GREAT I AM" but we also want to feel connected "LOOK HOW GREAT YOU ARE"

I always think about this, there are times in our lives where we need to grow. You go to school, you’re growing. When you are starting a new career, you’re in a growth phase. There is a time in your life when growth is super important. But eventually, you start to grow and some people get stuck in this learning loop. They study and they love to learn and they grow, grow, grow but they never transition to the next phase which is a contribution.

That’s kind of what I wanted to talk to you today. When we are going through this growth phase, we are trying to become something more than we are now. But eventually, if you just keep growing, the only person that benefits is you, which is kind of selfish when you think about it.

If you’re an expert, for a while you’re in a phase where you’re trying to learn and become more and then you turn around and start teaching and coaching other people and now you’re contributing. So can you contribute in a lot of ways and there’s this transition from growth to the contribution that’s fascinating. Learning and studying everything to be able to contribute at this level is where I am at, right now. I think there is a beneficial cycle between growth and contribution. Because as you contribute you start growing. 

And then it grows in you there’s a spiral that makes everything rise together. It has been a couple of years since I have focused on my own personal growth. I don’t know what that is, but I feel like right now if I focus more on growth, it’s going to make my contribution bigger. So I’m excited about that.

So when I first started my MLM business I went through this huge growth phase that got me from not knowing anything to selling my products and opportunity and it felt awesome and it worked for a while. I started getting addicted to learning from these top recruiters. Then I kind of stopped growing after the momentum of my initial growth phase. I was doing well for couple years recruiting a lot of people. There’s value in going through that period of growth.

But then I got stuck and when I stopped focusing on myself, I could see a lot of people were going through the same experience. I think a lot of us go through this, we consume, we learn, we’re trying new things. I was in that contribution phase and was doing well then overnight I run out of prospects and started to recruit less and less not making enough money to justify the 50+ hours a week and I never wanted to go through that again, it was hard.

I was trying to figure out my path and I wasn’t really doing much with MLM, and this is when I started spending money on marketing courses. I went through this learning curve phase for over a period of three years where I started buying everything. Literally thousands of dollars in courses, events, trainings, books and everything I could find to help me to learn. And I went through this time and studied everything. I’m creating my business online... a huge initial growth.

Suddenly, things started coming together in my head. All these courses I’d taken started fitting in their correct places. This whole puzzle started putting itself together. I invested in my education. And I was going through this huge growth curve which gave me the ability to contribute more.

And after two or three years of that, then I stopped focusing on growth and now I am shifting my focus more on contribution. It feels good, and that’s kind of what brings us together in this podcast. I have a message that I want to communicate with you. My goal is to stimulate a growth period in your business. I woke up this morning excited to get to work because I expect so much and I want to help you, I want to serve you and bring values to you life.

I’ve basically been taking all of my courses. I’ve got thousands of dollars in courses and putting them into a system and extracting the content that you can use and apply in your business in days, and you can literally learn in days what took somebody years to learn. It is a way to compress decades of information into days. I am creating and teaching an online system where you can start consuming step by step and action by action. I want to share with you a new way to look at MLM and a new framework to approach MLM as a whole.

I’m going to contribute it back to you now an entire marketing course that is applicable to you, and the growth now flows into contribution. I believe the growth and contribution you will be able to get is going to be insane. You are going to start going through a huge growth phase of learning and figure out how to evolve and grow your business to another level. We can grow more, contribute more, and help change the world even better. 

I don’t know about you, but I got some big visions to change the world and I feel like we have just gotten started. Anyway, I hope this gets you excited, it gets me excited.
