We are going to dive into [Your Business Backdoor EVOLUTION] Have you ever had someone ask you what you did, and you had no idea how to respond? 

If you are a Multi-Level Marketer, this podcast is for you. I'm going to share this new concept with a new way to look at MLM and a new way to think about it, that takes ALL the pressure off you. It’s kind of a funny feeling to answer somebody when they ask you what do you do. Especially if is someone you know who is telling you “Hey, why would you get into an MLM?” It can be a really scary topic for people, especially if they think it’s a pyramid scheme. They think that you go bug people in the mall or you go to home meetings or hotel meetings. 

I want you to know that I dislike those tactics. They are stuck in the ’90s, and that is not what I am about. The funny thing about the multi-level marketing industry is that a lot of people get into it as their very first business venture and they don’t really know how to market it. I was one of them. They don’t know how to go out into the big wide world and market this opportunity. 

So what do they do? They lean back on the tactics their up-line taught them, which is, “ to write a huge list of all your family members and friends, and go bug them, and hopefully, some of them will join. 

Kind of like for me… it all began...when I first got started in MLM, it was out of survival. I have been married and when my husband died, my lifestyle and my income was gone. Then all of a sudden there was this incredible opportunity which was presented to me. I went full out. I worked as hard as I could. In my first 8 months, I recruited near 100 people. This was awesome. I even got a little trophy award for how fast I was growing my MLM business and I won a free trip with all expenses paid for. I was so motivated.

I worked at a ferocious pace, I literally asked everyone I knew and I recruited an average of 3 to 5 people weekly. I recruited business owners and some of my family and friends. I went from person to person and I got a lot of NO but I also got a lot of YES. After my excitement wore off within 1 1/2 year that I was in MLM venture, I realized that nobody else was doing anything at all. I could see that unless I literally drove to meet with someone, nothing would get done. In some cases, I would drive an hour out of my day, to go meet with somebody and they wouldn’t do anything. I did all these different things my up-line told me to do and when I asked, they answer that it was a number game.

I promise you that if you treat people like a number, you have NO future in network marketing. I did all this leading up to that point of questioning why no one duplicated me. It was frustrating. Shortly after that, I started realizing that so many of these tactics were the old tactics.  

It' a few years that I joined my first and only MLM and after the first couple of years I unofficially quit. I stayed in the company but did not work the business.  I was so fed up with all of the system that they were using. The tactics they were giving me at the time was “Hey, write a list of 200 people, and call every single one of them and beg them to get into your downline.” 

I didn’t know any better. I made a big list of people, I started calling and meeting family members and friends and everyone I knew and recruited nearly 100 and no one duplicated me. I damaged some of my relationships in the process. I want to show you "How to work on your MLM without going to family members and friends or going to the malls."

This is all about how to create automated recruiting systems. I ended up putting my MLM on hold and I started to study the network marketers who were  building what we call ‘Internet sales funnel’. It is basically the art of taking people who are prospective customers and turning them into paying customers. 

Then I spent over 2 years studying. I studied different internet marketing entrepreneurs and I was hooked on internet marketing and I joined a few mastermind workshops and studied some courses with coaches and mentors. I had my ah-ha moment, and I am modeling this for my MLM business. What if there was a way you could build an automated business that would recruit people while you sleep? Although I watched my mentors recruiting and doing just that. They taught us how to navigate the marketing strategies and they were going really fast on the tactics and frameworks to apply it to our existing businesses.

I decided to teach those tactics but slowing down the learning process for the people like myself who need to learn step-by-step and action by action. I want to share my unique ability on how to automate your business online as well. I am excited to get to work because I expect so much, and I want to help you, I WANT to serve you, I WANT to change my audience lives and.. this is totally different from what you have learned with what the MLM industry is teaching you.
