Bonjour and welcome to the MLM Trigger, I am your host Corine Arnaud and this PODCAST is to help you LEVERAGE Your Network Marketing Skills using the internet to grow your MLM downline.

We are going to dive into [How To keep The Finger On The Pulse of Your Business.] and we'll talk about why your opinion does NOT matter. Why Amazing products go undiscovered and companies go broke every single year, because of people’s opinions.

Like when you think that your sale message is too pushy and maybe your audience won’t resonate with that kind of marketing that will turn them off… THINK again. Why You Should Listen to Your Customers. A great idea, product, or service isn't enough to survive in today's competitive marketplace. To truly thrive, you need to accept the fact that it's your customer's opinion that counts. Watch what people do with their credit cards and PUT your opinions aside, and don’t be afraid to use the methods that have millions of dollars of evidence to back them up.

When you survey your audience on social media or with an email and they tell you that your sales letter or video is not attractive to them. What really matter in the end is your customers opinions. You have no basis in defining what your business is all about. Your ideal customers are. If you want to give your customers and prospects what they want most, you have to first find out what that is.

You ask people if they will buy XYZ and they all yell YES! But then you release it and they don't buy. Or people will tell you they don’t like your new product XYZ that is price at $175 but later you take that opinion all the way to the bank!

Remember this: what your audience says and what they do are entirely different. Once I read about: This opinionated writer who gave his opinion about the video this young entrepreneur had created and why it wasn’t working and why he should removed it. Except that he was completely wrong.

In the first seven days the entrepreneur had over 100,000 people sign up, and within 6 weeks he made over $1,000,000! He had the attention of the press and social media, and went viral. This should encourage you, because It means that if you’re willing to put your opinions aside, and follow the math, the money, and the data, you too can leverage the marketing secrets in your business.

People will talk. They always have. And they always will. No matter what you do or the decisions you make, YOU will always be scrutinized by others. It’s the nature of the masses. They don’t know your journey, where you’ve been or where you’re heading. As Brandon Poulin says, “The path is math.” Not opinion.

This simple fact HAS one purpose only to strengthen your market position by analyzing the voice of your customer. Your job is to understand the mind of your customers as much as possible and to deliver what they need and desire most in as simple as possible. The more detailed your customers profiles are, the more useful you’ll find them. If you want a successful online business these days, it’s not enough to simply close the sale. You’ve got to help your customers fall in love with your business.

Creating a loyal audience is much easier when you start by defining your ideal customers. Your Ideal customer will help you get to know the basic demographics, fears, desires and needs of each segment of your market. This is essential to building a loyal customer base. Don’t overestimate or underestimate the role of active listening your ideal customers. You want to fine-tune your ears to the voice of your customers.

Customers can help you improve. Listening to them may be a great way for you to gather enough business IMPORTANT information. After all, the best business decisions are based on data and not GUESSES. And customer feedback is one of the best ways to gather business-specific data that lets you understand how your customers really feel about the product opportunity or service you deliver.

That been say... your ideal customers are your best critics, measuring customer satisfaction is how you improve your marketing efforts because customers are the best TESTERS. This lets them, effectively experience the testing procedures and make paying customers the main force behind troubleshooting. If you listen to customers, you may learn surprising details about your products, services and your business overall. Customer feedback keeps you informed whether customers are or are (not) happy with the product or service you deliver.

A happy customer is more than a SATISFIED customer — it’s a RETAINED customer. On the other hand, a unsatisfied customer whom YOU fail to listen to become frustrated and starts exploring your COMPETITORS. Be open, be honest and actively seek customer feedback. Be prepared to take action on customer issues as soon as you are aware that they exist. If you DO listen to them, you can start improving experience for all your customers

Do this and your customers will fall in love with you and as a bonus you are building customer LOYALTY.

Thank you so very much for tuning in. Next week's episode is all about the fundamental keys to sharing your message.
