We are going to dive into [Step Up And Lead The Field] and we'll clarify something that might seem a little backward at first, but it is one of fundamental keys to sharing your message. As you know, the world is filled with experts who are broke, people with advice and opinions and no one listening to them.

I wasn’t sure where to target my audience. So I started studying the successful entrepreneur who had built huge audiences. The more examples I found, the more patterns I noticed. They each had an attractive character.

Kevin Kelly wrote an article called “1,000 True Fans”., he said: A True Fan is defined as someone who will purchase anything and everything you produce.  They will drive 200 miles to see you sing. They come to your openings. They have you sign their copies. They buy the t-shirt, and the mug, and the hat. They can’t wait until your issue your next product comes out. They are true fans. YOU need to acquire only 1,000 True Fans to make a living. True Fans = Ideal Customers

This podcast is all about HOW to create those true fans on auto-pilot, how to build your following on auto-pilot and how to do the same so you can create a vehicle for change in your audience lives. It’s easy to assume that some people are just born leaders and others are not. 

In my personal life, I am pretty shy and reserved. But deep inside I know I needed to share this message to women to become financially independent and since my mid 30’s I wanted to do it and never had the courage to follow through, then when I got married - life got in a way. I always had an excuse like I did not have a voice or at least could not focus on my dream at the time and it was a DREAM that I had for a very long time and every now and then I would be reminded to follow through.

Yet at the same time, I have this inner voice that consistently telling me how inadequate it would be to share my message with this accent, that I am not smart enough, not educated enough, not experienced enough, not good enough but I STILL had that same message when I was 30, 40 and the same message when I got 50 year. That’s when I could not stand on the side anymore. No more excuses. If I don't share my message I will do a disservice to you and to my audience. I might sound awkward at times but I am here to stay, there is no turning back.

Maybe you can relate to this. Whether you’re just starting this journey or you’ve been at it for a while, just know that the biggest HURDLE you’re likely to face is being OK with positioning yourself as an expert. When I’m in my element, speaking about the topics that I’ve studied for the last few years, somehow I am able to lead. You see, people become leaders when they first try to master something for themselves. Then after they’ve discovered a path for themselves, they share their knowledge with others. It starts with your own personal growth, but then transitions to contribution.

Here is how this can translate for our MLM. I am just picking up the vehicle of MLM but it can be anything you want to do because it starts with taking action and going into momentum. We want to automate our MLM business and doing so for a simple purpose to leverage the part that we do over and over and over again. I don’t want to take the human out of this business. For example the recording to go through the presentation, to go through the product description, to go through all the things that you would ask. Compensation plan, and how to take the product. You can find a lot of way to take the questions related to your products and automate those.  And you will tell me that those video already exist in your company website. Yes leverage those videos but don't forget that we need to make our OWN downline unique. 

Why you should join me over the other person? When you join my downline you get these pieces of automation, ready to use immediately. Understanding that your product sells really well on the Internet using this piece of automation. You tell your team associate that they get all that for FREE when they join your downline. You are GIVING them things that are "pre-made and pre-packaged" so that they’re able to GO OFF and IMPLEMENT quickly.

This is HOW you make it personal. This is how you DIFFERENTIATE yourself from your up-line or team-mate. This whole system keeps people who want to learn to look at MLM the new way with a new framework which is nice because it will increased the success of your downline. It helps them to solve their follow up problems once you hand them the opportunity. It’s helping new people who have never done this before either to learn the process and implement it right away.

Creating a process is my main focus right now and I want to share it with you. I understand that I might not get as many people into my downline because there’s a process of leaving the old methods that they have been taught by their up-line. The process keeps the amazing people who want to work with you. It’s awesome because it not only elevates everyone else, it protects the downline because of that process in place. 

The system is your friend. If you don’t have a system it’s the reason why you’re feeling a little bit all over the place. When the system works, you just hand it off to everybody in your downline so they can do it too.

I am building this system — a two-step process when people want to join my downline. Number one, apply to join my downline. Number two, watch this presentation and then jump on the phone and you can ask any final questions you have before you join. It helps me understand who’s serious and who’s not. Understand what I’m doing. Look at the process that I’m taking you through. It elevates the quality of the producers that you’re hiring into your downline.
