We are going to dive into [How To Design Your Ideal PERSONA] and we'll talk about why “People are silently begging to be led” 

So how do you become the type of leader people are silently begging for? How to become a charismatic leader for your movement and live the life your audience wishes they could live. An Attractive Character is someone who’s comfortable sharing their talents, ideas, unique abilities with their audience. However, you don’t need to be a perfect attractive character to do this successfully. In fact the opposite is true, it’s far better if you’re not, just be yourself.

We will be digging into some of the elements to get a deeper understanding of the identity of an attractive character. The key is to understand that the people will follow you because you have completed the journey they are on right now, and they want the result you have already achieved. They want to become like you. The gap between where they see themselves and where they see you, is what moves them to action and helps them make the necessary changes. So if you aren’t willing, or don’t show them, both sides—where you came from and where you are now—then they won’t take action. 

It is kind of like for a long time, I was really shy kind of awkward. I had a fear of people. When I would see someone , and I would physically move in a different direction. My shyness persisted for a very long time. It’s not that I wouldn’t speak to anybody but I was doing everything that I could not to engage with people. I felt I needed to be private in anyway possible. I don’t know why I was that way, but I just was. At times, I still catch myself going in that same habit.

When I talked about my struggles and my challenges, people reached out to me and said... I understand what you’re saying. If I wasn’t willing to expose my vulnerabilities I wouldn’t be able to connect with you in the same way. I would do a disservice to my audience.

A few years before I started working on my mission, helping women to become financially secure with their automated MLM — I realized that my shyness was holding me back from creating the life I wanted. Looking back I’ve noticed that my business doesn’t grow past the level of my attractive character. I am very conscious to keep developing individually, personally, mentally to sustain growth on all levels.

I can see how important the development of an Attractive Character has been in giving me the strength to move my business forward. That’s why I want to share it with you today and even more than sharing, I want to encourage you to take action. NOW! 

As an entrepreneur, if you feel like you’re spinning your wheels or feeling like you’re stuck then, I challenge you to sit down and think about: What makes you different? Write down your struggles and start becoming aware of who you are and what makes you different and unique.

Once you start to become aware of the power you have inside of you, only then you'll be willing to get vulnerable and share those differences. WHY? Because that will inspire your audience more than anything you could ever say. Sometimes it’s scary to become vulnerable and share your backstories, but it’s the KEY to becoming a leader that will inspire people to change.

It’s time to start creating your Attractive Character. I don’t mean making it up, I mean to zero in on the personality of your story that you have. Start assembling your identity, your stories, your flaws, and you will be able to use them to attract the audience that will follow you. 

Most entrepreneurs never think to put in the time and effort to do a good job creating their best persona. like myself because of my shyness I was RELUCTANT to create my attractive character for a very long time. I felt that if I was going to share my stories it will infringed on my privacy. Don't forget: Creating your Attractive Character can mean the difference between making $100 a month and $10,000 a month
