Bonjour and welcome to the MLM Trigger, I am your host Corine Arnaud and this PODCAST is to help you LEVERAGE Your Network Marketing Skills using the internet to grow your MLM downline.
We are going to dive into [The Perfect RECIPE For Maximum Impact And Profit] and we'll talk about the second piece you need in order to create a mass movement as the charismatic leader is to paint a picture of the future they are trying to create and what life will be like when they get there.
You need to build out your own CULTURE because you don’t want to look at this like a traditional business, you want to look different. If you are serious about growing your company and taking your message to the masses, you will need to create your own positive movement your own culture.
Our job as expert and leader is to help bring people to higher ground. To move them from where they are right now to where they want to be. You see when people fear the future, they typically stop moving forward. For you to have success in this business, you have to give your followers hope of something better so they will be perceptive to the change you are going to offer them. You do that by painting a vision of the future that— they want.
Most people want to cast all their faith and personal responsibility into something bigger than themselves. It happens in religion, it happens in political movements, it happens in the workplace, and it will be true for your movement as well. People want to plug in to something bigger than themselves, so it’s your job to create that vision.
Here are a few key principles that will help you create your future-based cause. Where can they place their hope and faith? You have to realized that all mass movements are built on hope, and it is essential that we create that hope in the future, because without hope, they can’t have the necessary faith to move forward and change.
If you have watched the elections over the past few decades, you’ll notice that the candidates who won— do so because of their ability to create a vision of the future that people want the most.
In 1992, George Bush had “A Proud Tradition” while Bill Clinton was “It’s Time to Change America.”
In 2008, John McCain was “Country First” while Barack Obama’s motto was “Change We Need.”
In 2016, Hillary Clinton used “Stronger Together” while Donald Trump said he would “Make America Great Again”.
Notice how the winners casted a compelling vision of the future, while the losers focused more on the present. (It’s interesting to see these winners presented a new opportunity where the losers were offering improvement.)
As we see our MLM opportunity has built a culture within their own company. They created something that would unite all their members and give them faith and hope in their future with them… and that’s what you need to do as well.
If you discovered your cause and cast a compelling vision of the future you will be able to unite your members. You will be able to create your sales pages, your headline and everything you will need to run your business successfully. You need to create your statement that cast a compelling vision for the future. Even if you don’t know yet that statement. Take the time to think about it and make sure that it will give faith and hope to your audience. Also it will be the theme of which you write your sales letter and all your materials.
I remembered that I kept writing my statement for the last few months, I started with an idea, and tried to figure out how to create something similar for my members. After thinking about it for a while, I eventually wrote out a headline that said: “Making MLM the winning game of financial freedom.”
As I looked at it, for some reason, it wasn’t that yet . So I went back to the drawing board. I wrote and rewrote that headline dozens of times. The more I wrote, the more I was determine to find my mission statement before I wanted to create content that would serve my audience. It took time but here it is: Making MLM Funnel Marketing The New Norm.
The mission statement is a must-have for any growing organization. Learn to shape your own unique statement. You may not know your mission when you first start your company; however, once you determine your main revenue generator as your business evolves your mission statement will evolve as well.
You can use that message in all your communication with your audience. You can sign off in your videos by saying it. You can add it at the end of every email you send out. It’s the theme of your events. It’s a constant and consistent call out to your niche, reminding them of the vision that they have put their faith and hope into.
Thank you so very much for tuning in. Next week's episode is all about what is the 4-minute mile for your movement?
