Bonjour and welcome to the MLM Trigger, I am your host Corine Arnaud and this PODCAST is to help you LEVERAGE Your Network Marketing Skills using the internet to grow your MLM downline.

We are going to dive into [Are You Living Up To Your Attractive Character Promise?] and the last piece of the puzzle you need to create your movement is something I call the New Opportunity, or the vehicle for change that you are offering to people. This is by far the most important, yet least understood, part of the process. The difference between having some modest success and changing the world comes down to understanding and implementing the new opportunity.

When you study the successful mass movements of the past, you’ll notice that each of the leaders offered their followers a new opportunity.

In 2001, Steve Jobs stood in front of the world and told everyone he wanted to revolutionize the music industry. Then he pointed out all the “improvement” offers that promised to get us more of the same. You could buy a CD and get 10–15 songs. You could buy an MP3 player and get about 150 songs, or use a heavy hard drive that held about 1,000 songs.

Each product improved the one before it, gave people more songs on one device.

Steve Jobs wanted to create a new opportunity where someone could bring their entire music library—ALL their CDs and digital music everywhere they went. And he wanted people to carry it inside their pockets. That’s when he pulled the first iPod out of his pocket, showed everyone the new opportunity he created, and transformed the music industry forever.

He did it again when he made the announcement for the iPhone, and again when he changed how computers would work forever with the iPad. This pattern can be seen over and over again in business, religion, sports and in all industries.

Our goal is NOT to fix what’s not working. Our goal is to REPLACE what’s not working with something better. Most often, when people start thinking about the product or the service they want to offer, they start by looking around at what is already out there, and then they try to “build a better product”. When you do that, you are not offering them a new opportunity, you are offering them what we call an “improvement” offer.

You see… I don’t want to improve my MLM offer — I want to teach everyone how I do what I do in this MLM game. This it’s not the normal way to work MLM. The principles are used in other industries that can be used in our MLM and it’s awesome. It works doesn’t matter which MLM you’re in.

First you need to: Identify yourself as a leader –– Identify your movement to your audience –– Take a stand against something –– How are you different? –– What are you fighting against?

Ask this question : Who are you? I’m part of a NEW marketers group of MLM entrepreneurs. You’ve probably never heard of because our motivation is quite the opposite from the regular MLMer’s. We don’t place our personal success on the backs of family members and friends. Since, we’re fighting an industry with marketing tactics stuck in the ninety’s… we have to do things differently. We have to do things smarter. We are our own safety net. We put relationships first and we fight against any tactic that puts people second. We leverage marketing knowledge rather than our fragile connections.

I know exactly what I stand for because I do believe MLM is broken out of the box. Everything is stuck in the 90’s. Most of our MLM up-line are not going to teach you what I’m talking about because they don’t know it. And I am emotional about it because I damaged personal relationships when I forced my MLM on my friends.

You see right now, I am mastering the skills from other industries and applied them back to the MLM industry. I’m so motivated to show people how they can automate their business online and recruiting with a simple systems… that’s what I stand for. This is one of the easiest ways for you to become a leader... Figure out what it is that you stand for. What your group stand for. There’s so much power in knowing where you’re going. You will solve problems that you didn’t even know existed yet. If you and your team know what you’re striving for, you can push through anything with a purpose and it’s so much easier to keep people engaged.

When you know what you stand for and you are proud about it… you’ll become a leader and people will follow you. They’ll follow you through any pain or personal development that they need to go through in order to be successful.

Thank you so very much for tuning in. Next week's episode is all about you will solve problems that you didn’t even know existed yet.
