We are going to dive into [MLM Marketing Strategies Switch] and now you know why improvement offers don’t work. Here are a few reasons why NEW Opportunities DO work.
When people discover your new opportunity for the first time, they’re going to want to share it because sharing something new gives them an immediate increase in status. Just think about when a video on YouTube go viral. What’s happening behind the scenes? When a video go viral is because it’s cool and new and everyone want to be the first to show them to their friends. Discovery immediately increases perceived status.
When you have a charismatic leader, a future-based cause, and a new opportunity, you have the perfect environment for REAL change. Once you have that environment, you can get people to follow you and pay you so you can move them forward and change their lives for the better.
Your role as a leader is to CREATE THE NEW OPPORTUNITY, and changing THEIR VEHICLE.
Each of our prospects has a desire for some result, and they have been trying to get that result through some vehicle. Maybe they are trying to lose weight, and the vehicle they have currently chosen to lose weight is the Keto diet. So your opportunity switch is to take them out of the vehicle they’re currently using and put them into a new one. So in this example you could switch them from Keto diet to something new, like the Paleo diet. If the Paleo diet has become a red ocean with lots of people teaching it "lots of competitions" then it is no longer a new opportunity, then you need to create your own NEW sub-niche.
In our MLM industry we have people who are trying to get that result of recruiting through the old marketing strategies and when it doesn’t work they think they have made a bad decision with their current company and move to another MLM company— to find out later that they go through the same IMPROVEMENT offer that the new company sells them… that it didn’t resolved the problem.
One reason many people struggle to make the changes they want and need in their lives is the fear of failure. If they try to change and it doesn’t work for them, then their dreams are dead. So they will give up potential success for fear of losing their dreams.
With the latest marketing strategies and automating their MLM business online now they can just move on to something brand new. No pain of disconnect = no decrease in status. Their old Improvement offers sold them THROUGH the pain, where this new MLM opportunity selling them AWAY from the pain.
The Opportunity switch takes them out of the pain they’re currently in and gives them hope for a new future through a new vehicle… in our case automating our MLM online.
Sometimes the opportunity switch happens when they are moving from one niche to the new one that you created. Other times it’s actually switching them from one submarket to another. Usually the first thing to sell to someone when they enter into your culture is some type of new beliefs for your new opportunity switch.
Sometimes the new opportunity is offered through a webinar, other times it’s through a book or a video. It doesn’t matters what product they are buying, it’s more important to understand that they are leaving behind whatever old beliefs they had— about how to achieve their new desired results and putting their hope and faith into this new opportunity.
Your goal is to help them see this new opportunity and having a mass following who will pay you for your advice, and if you do your job right, you will make that switch into a career as an expert. Each of the new tools within your new opportunity will help them more easily get the results they desire within this new career.
For example, “If you’ve been struggling to sell your MLM product or opportunity, you need to switch from the traditional old marketing strategies website to the new marketing strategies with a funnel” and then you would offer them to follow a system in place to automate their MLM business online and recruiting their downline on auto-pilot. For those who don’t know about funnels, I’d say, “You need to make the switch and use a funnel so you can recruit your prospects of MLMer’s that want to raise their hand to join your team, buy your product or service.”
