STORY WEEK with [Ed Osburn] What can you learn from this story and how can model it to improve your business.

Bonjour and welcome to the MLM Trigger, I am your host Corine Arnaud and this PODCAST is to help you LEVERAGE Your Network Marketing Skills using the internet to grow your MLM downline.

Our story of the week is about "How To Create A Proven System with Ed" Maybe you are like Ed who had one solitary Like on his FB business page—and it was his mom! Out of pure necessity and desire to create digital products, online courses and virtual consulting for chiropractors and having an online presence… he went full out.

Ed’s philosophy is: “YOU can be anything you DREAM to BE...and SUCCESS does not have to come at the expense of your quality of life.” As you build your business, commit to yourself to not compromise your relationships, your health and emotional well-being.

For any entrepreneur, it’s critical to have a crystal-clear concept of why you want to build a business to begin with. Why does it matter? What does it mean to you? For Ed, it was: IMPACT and INCOME.

He asked himself those questions: What do I truly desire?  Who is the ideal client I want to work with? What relationship do I want to experience with that person? Do I want to have a group coaching relationship, consulting, to sell digital products or online courses?

And once he had the answers— he knew WHO he wanted to serve. He made a list of their problems/pains, that he could have a solution for and then created a system. His formula = PROBLEM/PAIN >> SOLUTION >> SYSTEM

He went on social media that are relevant to his marketplace, on FB and Instagram and did live video. He spoke to his ideal customers about their pains and addressed the possible solution, asking questions, engaging, and gathering momentum in these groups. Based on the responses, he would refine his message as needed and gather incredible data!  Based on the problem, he would create the solution that brand his business.

Then he worked backward, reverse-engineering exactly what he needed to do each day to accomplish his ultimate outcome... a seven-figure funnel in just 12 months! He figured out what he needed to do in terms of sales to reach this target on a monthly basis.

He created a POWERFUL and compelling five-minute video post to be distributed on all social media channels. He asked viewers to interact, share, engage, and follow him. He gave his best materials, holding nothing back and demonstrating his expertise while providing amazing value. 

He created a FREE 7-Day Challenge solving a problem of the MAIN problem he had identified with his ideal client in his niche. The purpose of the FREE 7-Day Challenge was to gain authority, build trust, gain case studies to demonstrate results of the solution to the problem. He built tension inside the challenge by creating daily posts inside the group, showing what he was creating and how he was going to deliver massive values. He recorded a FB Live with a Call To Action to join the challenge, driving traffic to the FREE Challenge group. 

He began to control his traffic and his target was to have 200 people engaged in the FREE 7-Day Challenge in his FB group. All leading to his MAIN solution/system to be presented in Day 5— of the FREE 7-Day Challenge webinar. He sent private message to 10 individual in the Challenge FB Group and asked them to share and what outcome and value they hope to achieve. These will be repurposed as “bonus value” on his Webinar on Day 5, and later converted into an actual digital course to be marketed and sold! and never stopped promoting the FREE 7-Day Challenge...

He also began building out the CORE product, by compiling the content and feedback from the FREE 7-Day Challenge, by downloading all video trainings of Days 1 to 5, by compiling all resources created for the FREE experience and by capturing all messages, member wins, and positive feedback. 

He compiled and evaluated the results and statistics from the previous launch inside the FREE 7-Day Challenge, and asked himself: if I want to achieve a 7 figure funnel, what needs to happen? What can I do to improve? To truly grow and scale his business, he had to expand his reach. He created his list of Dream 100 contacts for an affiliate program within his business. He took the sales statistics and case studies and create two emails to send to the potential affiliates. One that introduced himself and one that made an offer to the affiliate. Rinse and Repeat — meaning doing it over and over again, by leveraging himself with affiliates partners.

NOW you can see why he insisted that you create not just a business but a SYSTEM—one that you can use over and over again. It’s a system that can be grown and scaled over time.

His final words: There is literally no cap on what you can do with a system like this. You can recruit more affiliates, you can run paid advertising to your free challenge, you can add more products and services to your offer, you can continue to scale and grow. And you can eventually remove yourself from the everyday operations because you will have already done all the hard work! 

Remember… It’s a process of learning, revisions, and improvement. Each time you do a webinar, send an email, do a FB Live— review what you’ve done and ask yourself what you can do to make next time even better. Constant improvement combined with a proven system WILL give you the success you want. He said: It worked for me, and it will work for you, too… I believe in you.
