STORY WEEK with [Jaime Cross] What can you learn from this story and how can model it to improve your business.

Bonjour and welcome to the MLM Trigger, I am your host Corine Arnaud and this PODCAST is to help you LEVERAGE Your Network Marketing Skills using the internet to grow your MLM downline.

Our story of the week is about Jaime "Planted The Seeds That Will Produce" Jaime who grew up as a farm girl, so she could see a lot of resemblance between building a business and farming. If she planted the seeds it will produce. So It’s time to get to work!

Jaime had a desire to create legacy wealth and impact through her business of Organic Skincare products. After 7 long years of trial and error and a lot of mistakes and tears... her company is now the fastest growing organic skin care company in her industry

Before a farmer plants the seeds, he’ll envision the end result of what field he need to harvest and the tools he’ll need. First she used the same principle and wrote the vision in a powerful and tangible way that would pull her into something greater than herself.

Based on her dream of a profitable business she wanted to create a formula that would teach, train, and equip women to regain their youth via her products. So she started an e-commerce business in organic skincare products.

She asked herself: What do people want? What problem I am able to solve? Is this product that can solve a real problem, that people want to buy over and over again? In order to add value to her customers, she needed find a pain point and create a solution, then she would teach them how to solve the problem in a simple formula.

She went into market research to see what people are already buying, based on demands and sales. She asked her friends and peers what their primary concern was regarding their skin. She also joined online groups for organic herbal skin-care and observed their pain points. She researched who had at least a few thousand reviews looking for what people like, what they don’t like, particular products, ingredients, textures, and any other data that will help her to determine which product she should launch. A serum had the greatest margin and it was a consumable product, so she would be able to create a recurring subscription for her customers. It was also a product she loved and was passionate to create.

Since her mission was to create a movement and go beyond selling products. She focused on her purpose to create values that attracted her raving fans and produced lifelong customers. She built her brand that focuses on the purest ingredients for her products.

She already knew what her target customer was struggling with, what actions they needed to take, and what results they wanted. She was ready to announce: The 3 secrets she would teach her ideal customers… Skin Hydration - Anti-Aging - Proper Skincare.

Then she invited 50 fans form her FB Group, to a welcoming party for her organic skincare. She gave them a sample of the finished product to try in order to get feedback and reviews that she could use later on for her marketing materials. As her company grew, she learned and attracted her true fans, she discovered what they wanted, and serve them to the best of her capabilities.

She did Live video about using the “Morning ritual for gorgeous skin”. Then other videos about "How To Eat Right For Glowing Skin"… and another video for: Three Secrets To Glowing Skin that will point to her core product— The Serum. Then she did Q&A about their #1 skincare problem and gave them the solutions in a simple formula. She told the story of how she struggled with her skin and her journey how she was able to solve her skin problem.

She recorded tutorial videos, training videos and she added her testimonial videos, because she started receiving testimonials from her clients, she included those in the sales page and repurpose her content into a system that pointed to the product… one on the serum, one on proper skincare one for the morning rituals, and more on the skincare industry. Now that she got customers in a proven system, she automated her videos into a program that she sold over and over.

Final Thoughts— You have to start somewhere. You don’t need to be perfect—or to have a lot of money or an investor. What you need is passion, drive, determination, focus, and execution. Jaime is running a successful 7 figure income e-commerce company.

Thank you so very much for tuning in for our story of the week.
