Our story of the week is about [Passion To Profit] a true story of Stacey and Paul Martino
Stacey family was staring at her from across the kitchen table. Maybe Paul and Stacey waited too long before they told them what was really going on. Their faces were serious. They were concerned, and rightly so. “How much do you have left?” her sister asked. “Thirteen hundred in cash,” Paul said. “And we have about sixty days before they start foreclosure on this house.” We lost everything. With two babies sleeping in their beds upstairs, they were around the kitchen table with her siblings, cards on the table, and asked for their help in making a good decision about what to do next.
During the recession of 2008, their corporate consulting contracts got frozen at once. Paul and Stacey had been trying RELENTLESSLY for two years to save their technology business and recover their finances. But with no marketing skills and just guessing, their consulting business ended up going under.
As they went through their financial crisis, they noticed something unexpected—they were happy. Every day, Paul and Stacey thanked God that they worked hard to create an unshakable love. Because when this financial crisis found them, they were UNSHAKABLE together. While other couples were blaming each other, Paul and Stacey were stronger together than ever. All the work they did to become UNSHAKABLE allowed them to face the financial crisis TOGETHER as a rock-solid TEAM!
For the last two decades, Paul and Stacey have studied with the greatest experts in the world in personal development, human behavior, entrepreneurship, success, and fulfillment. About four years ago, Paul noticed that when people would come to them for help in making the right decision, they kept repeating some of the same principles over and over again.
Then they started to look back at some of the best decisions and recognized that there was a repeatable pattern starting to emerge. The question that kept recurring was: How could they take their ability to make outstanding decisions every time without fail and put it into a repeatable process that anyone could plug in and use for themselves?
They created a tool that people could use to trust themselves to make great decisions in any situation! They spent about a YEAR mapping it out and simplifying it into a repeatable tool that anyone could use. Then they tested it with their clients, each time revising and simplifying it to get predictable, outstanding results.
After helping a few hundred people through this process, they were ready to teach a 5-Step Decision Making Model. They taught the entire model— Relationship Breakthrough Retreat (a three-day live immersion event), and people went NUTS for it.
One of the KEY pieces in that system was... Paul and Stacey committed to help someone with their love relationship every single day, without any thought of getting paid for it and with no strings attached. They simply committed to make ONE family better every single day as a way of GIVING to life!
Paul and Stacey researched for FB groups where their audience hang out and posted valuable contents about (1) how to save their marriages, (2) bring passion back to passionless relationships, (3) create harmonious co-parenting relationships as they divorce, and (4) find the right relationships for them (5) to divorce-proof great marriages.
To figure out what we will teach in their course, each day on FB they asked, “What are your biggest questions around X?” Each question will be the topic of one of their course. They packaged their course to include a series of online audio classes plus recorded of Q&A sessions. They created a ebook . “365 Things You Can Do To Create An Outstanding Relationship In Under 60 Seconds A Day.”
The first year they went into business with their proven solution, they made $100,000 in revenue and served 1,000 families! Then they hit seven figures with this mission and saved over 10,000 marriages! That’s a LOT more positive energy, love, and serving others.
